Out from the gheto street of Niger came the one 'Prince ishmeal aka Abdumalik' formaly known as the 'Prodigal sonz'.From a family of five with a lot of step brothers and sisters,at first everything was rough and hard Prince ishmael attend a primary and secondary school in the gheto street of 'ajegunle' known as LA primary school oshodi secondary school tolu complex.According to ismaela lawal 'i started my music career at the age of 12 with a group call AJ defender we are 3 in number then i was called 'shakirank',at the age of eighteen one of my crew members got short,things was really not going on well so i moved on.Ishmeal finally join a group called rescue boys sometime in 2001.He met with an artist called 'sunny sweat' and 'EMI-G'and 'RAYAN T' and they form the AG award winning group the 'PRODIGAL SONZ',the prodigal sonz then went on to win the let hold us awards with the hits "this love no go die" and "wahala" onder the albulm AJ ALL STARS.Early 2004 they were call up for in the Uk,they actually thought that was the spring board of their career but unfortunately for the group they split that same year.Now ismael has his own recording studio called AJ studio foubolous,there he poduces and mix his songs with the help of his familly mrs Kudirat{mum}olabisi yevu {elder sister}hounorable prince norodean lawal{elder brother}prince kazeem lawal {elder brother}miss sara lawal{elder sister}.
Ismael who is the last of the familly is now out with a new album "the last man standing" a 21 track african ragga rap currently on promo with video,now it is clear that "prince ishmael aka abdumalik can't stop!
